We have always been hesitant to employ the use of a professional stager.  Successful selling in Real Estate has always been about location, condition, marketing and price.  But what do you do when all 4 of those items are good and the house still hasn't sold?  We called Interior Motiv and the house sold in less than a week!  The house had been on the market for 60 days with 2 price reductions and a realtor bonus and still no offers.    We hired Interior Motiv and provided them with all of the feedback from CSS on this vacant home.  Most of the feedback implied that the house was "dated" even though it had fresh paint and carpet.  They came up with some very inexpensive solutions.  They highlighted the kitchen and fireplace mantle with various accessories, and painted the dining room.  What a difference!   We had two contracts within one week!  That first impression really counts!  We will definitely use them again.
